Domestic Shipping (USA)

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are shipped from our US-based warehouses.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays)
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier name and website
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your package in real-time

You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting "Order History."

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $79 within the USA. The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Address Issues

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After shipment, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Standard Shipping. Express and overnight shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses. APO/FPO addresses are supported with standard shipping only.
