Tracking FAQ

Your tracking number is sent via email once your order ships. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from GridKart. You can also find it in your account dashboard under Order History.
Please wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk. If you still cannot find it after 24 hours, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Tracking updates can be delayed during high-volume periods or transit between facilities. If your tracking has not updated in 5+ business days, please contact us so we can look into it with the carrier.
Address changes are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After shipment, we cannot modify the delivery address. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
