Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to:

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We accept your order only when we ship the product to you.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

Taxes

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping to locations as specified during checkout. Key shipping policies include:

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above 79
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
  • Delivery Time: Estimated 3-7 business days for domestic orders
  • Tracking: Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:

  • Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, personalized items, and final sale products
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and design elements, is the property of GridKart or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
